About the Role
The role will be based on our client’s premises. The Facilities Coordinator is the primary contact for all contractors working within or visiting our client’s operations. The role requires arranging contractors to complete maintenance tasks as issues arise along with ensuring compliance with Health and Safety requirements. We require from this role a firm understanding of corporate protocol, the key personnel and facility stock management within our client’s operations. Ideally, you will have an understanding of the building industry, but not essential.
Main Duties
- Creating a welcoming, professional and friendly atmosphere
- Mail Processing and delivery
- Ensuring all visitors are registered in the Visitor Management System
- Management, co-ordination and presentation of reception, all meeting room facilities
- Issuing Staff and Visitor passes
- Liaise with internal and external clients
- Carpool bookings. Full Drivers license is required
- Replenish kitchen consumable, clean coffee machines
- Managing parking, Supplier accounts, Stationary supplies, Sponsorship passes
- Ensure your site is compliant with Converga and Client Health & Safety Standards
Key Requirements

- Fit and strong (ability to lift items up to 15kgs)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and Security Awareness
- Knowledge of BMS
- Strong Administration skills, with focus on job ownership
- Proactive problem solver
- Ability to cope calmly under pressure, pleasant and pro-active team player
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
