Solutions Support Administrator – Henderson Auckland
As a member of our Support team, you will be working alongside our national team of highly accomplished Administrators reporting directly to the Wellington based Team Leader.  Your key focus in this role is to provide high quality, effective and efficient Administrative support to the Henderson based Kordia Solutions Field Team in Auckland (off street parking is available).
 
This role will also see you work closely with all Kordia Solutions New Zealand Team members to provide high quality, effective and efficient administrative support across the business. This is not a secretarial or reception role, nor is it in a corporate office environment. This role is pivotal in enabling our workforce of technicians, riggers and engineers to get on with their work.  There are many duties for you to perform in this role including timesheeting, invoicing, and accounts payable. You will also administer the Henderson team’s Health and Safety Compliance/training/accreditations, process expense claims, book travel, and file documents.
  
You are already a seasoned and confident Administrator (with experience up your sleeve) demonstrating a high level of attention to detail. You will possess excellent communication skills, be a great team player and be highly motivated to provide the best care and support to your team. 

To be successful, you will possess the following…
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration (Incl. Travel arrangements and expense reconciliations)
  • Experience with SAP (preferred)
  • Experience with ‘Remedy WMS’ is preferred but not essential.
  • Intermediate to Advanced level of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A proactive and friendly approach to all tasks requested by staff and management
  • Highly organised
  • Confident, Clear and an effective communicator
  • Experience in project administration (i.e. Preparing, collating, editing, and proofing documents and extracting and analysing data for Project Managers would be an advantage)
  • Legal right to work in New Zealand
  • NZ Drivers Licence.
