About the business
A Fast growing retail business, Double Star Limited, which offers a wide range of selections to suit the lifestyle in New Zealand and Australia. Auckland based business currently have 3 retail branches, Wairau park, Westgate, and Manukau stores. We are looking for talented and passionate young candidate for administration and sales support position, base in Mt Wellington head office.
About the role
- Running our online store and online website. Aim to create an exceptional customer shopping experience, drive traffic to retail stores.
- Update product information, website content, pricing, promotion, to make sure all product information is accurate.
- General office administration, including inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
- Logistics related admin works.
- Documenting and editing.
- Other admin jobs assigned by managing director if needed.

Skills and experience
- Experience in E-commerce area.
- New and fast learner graduates are more than welcome.
- IT Skills highly regarded (knows how to set up / maintain server, etc).
- E-commerce / marketing / IT degree or other relevant tertiary qualification.
- Magento knowledge or experience highly regarded.
- Exceptional attention to detail and prides themselves on their level of accuracy.
- Self-motivated, passionate, willing to learn new stuff
- Work experience in multi-culture highly regarded, mandarin or cantonese could be add-on
- Ideally Mandarine / Cantonese speaker
