We have an amazing opportunity for a switched on, organised Receptionist/Administrator to come on board and join a reputable business based in the CBD. This is a part-time opportunity that would suit someone who is returning to work or a recent graduate.
The duties of the role will include but not be limited to:
- Managing all incoming and outgoing calls and directing all enquires to the appropriate team members
- Ensuring the office is kept in a clean and presentable standard
- Updating the intranet with staff movements and absences
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Attending to mail and courier
- Book and deliver vehicle to service provider when required
- Daily collection of mail and banking
- Ordering refreshments
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Management of and scheduling of all supplier presentations
- Health & Safety coordination
- Maintenance of coffee machine and supplies
- Manage Uber accounts
- Assisting accounts departments with reconciliations of credit cared and receipts for purchases
- Assist with internal/external functions
- Assist Design team with submissions and presentations
- Assist in Marketing and promotional material
- Assist with new employee inductions
- Diary Management
We are looking for someone who can:
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Provide a friendly and professional presence at reception
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Exceptional telephone manner
- Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- A motivated "can do" attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience using all Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with InDesign/Photoshop
- Experience within an Architectural or interior design studio would be advantageous
