We have an amazing opportunity for a switched on, organised Receptionist/Administrator to come on board and join a reputable business based in the CBD. This is a part-time opportunity that would suit someone who is returning to work or a recent graduate.

The duties of the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing all incoming and outgoing calls and directing all enquires to the appropriate team members
  • Ensuring the office is kept in a clean and presentable standard
  • Updating the intranet with staff movements and absences
  • Meet and greet all visitors
  • Attending to mail and courier
  • Book and deliver vehicle to service provider when required
  • Daily collection of mail and banking
  • Ordering refreshments
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Management of and scheduling of all supplier presentations
  • Health & Safety coordination
  • Maintenance of coffee machine and supplies
  • Manage Uber accounts
  • Assisting accounts departments with reconciliations of credit cared and receipts for purchases
  • Assist with internal/external functions
  • Assist Design team with submissions and presentations
  • Assist in Marketing and promotional material
  • Assist with new employee inductions
  • Diary Management

We are looking for someone who can:

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Provide a friendly and professional presence at reception
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Exceptional telephone manner
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • A motivated "can do" attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience using all Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with InDesign/Photoshop
  • Experience within an Architectural or interior design studio would be advantageous
