The friendly Business Support team at Madison is looking for exceptional Administrators with experience in team administration and coordination who are keen to step up into a challenging new role.

Administrators are often under a lot of pressure because of the deadline driven nature of the work they do. You’ll need to be able to handle peaks and troughs in your workload and think proactively. Managing your workload effectively so you’re able to be reactive when required will be key to your success.

The tasks of this role may include but are not limited to:

  • Diary management
  • Responding to queries from the public
  • Coordinating meetings and training events
  • Providing administrative support to Managers and the wider team
  • Financial administration support

As with most jobs there will be other tasks that come your way so a flexible and positive attitude will go a long way.
