As a restorative justice facilitator, you'll get the variety you are looking for and will have the opportunity to develop your talents.
Thanks to your relevant background and impressive facilitation skills, you'll contribute toward the effective functioning of the MUMA Restorative Practices Service.
Ideally, you'll be an accredited RJ facilitator or willing to attain accreditation.Training will be provided.You'll have a natural rapport with people, well developed case and time management skills, have no trouble prioritising work and a good understanding of the NZ Justice system.
You'll enjoy working as part of our large team at Manukau Urban Maori Authority (MUMA) where we value Te Reo me ōna tikanga and the every day use of these in our service.
Applicants must have a clean full NZ Drivers Licence and be comfortable working in a Marae setting and/or District court setting.
