Summary

Are you the support worker we are looking for? Someone who is passionate about supporting people on their recovery journeys? If so, then keep reading.

Full time position available, Monday to Friday working from 8:00am – 4:30pm in our intensive mobile team in and around Manukau.

In this role you will be required to co-ordinate a package of care service and the mobile community supports. Be able to form good solid relationships with other providers, clinicians, family and have a good knowledge of the community. Supporting the person to access budgeting and community activities, to happily live independently in the community and providing support with cleaning, cooking, gardening, personal care and everyday household maintenance tasks.

The Team

You’ll be reporting to the Team Coach and joining our Pathways Auckland intensive mobile service.   You will be working in a team of Support Workers – all with a common purpose to support people experiencing mental illness. 

 

You

We are interested to hear from people who have a caring nature and work in a recovery focused way, you will be able to provide medication support for our people and have impeccable attention to detail.

  • You must hold a current full drivers licence
  • Hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one
  • Applicants must hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent or be currently studying towards this.
