Brilliant role with a Dynamic & Successful Cybersecurity Software Company. Work with this super cool friendly busy team handling Sales Support and incoming Level 1 Technical Support calls. Work out pricing, provide product information, provide delivery eta's, take sales orders and provide great Technical Support when your customers need assistance with day to day use of their Anti-Virus Software or a hand with installs etc.
Skills & experience required are;
- Experience working with Customers via phone & email
- Customer Service or Sales Support
- A strong natural affinity with IT
- Technical Aptitude
- MS Windows 8,10, MS Office, Anti Virus Software, General Desktop knowledge
- Enjoys dealing with people and being helpful
Applicants for this role may have come from a customer services role or an entry level Technical Support role, you'll have a natural affinity with customers and great communication skills. This is a hybrid role so it's definitely got the sales side and the entry-level technical support side. Our client is looking for a great attitude, helpful and friendly approach and someone who will add to their already nice/cool working environment.
