An opportunity now exists for Customer Service Representative to join our Cartons Business in Manukau. Working within a fast paced and busy operation, you will be responsible for ensuring all orders and customer queries are handled in a timely manner, ensuring no disruption or misses occur.

We will look to you to :  

  • Build and maintain specifications in Kiwiplan
  • Manage the order process, including receiving and processing customers’ orders
  • Maintain job bags, material and customer data
  • Handle all sales related invoices and despatch queries as they arise
  • Undertake general administration duties including reception and phone duties
  • Provide and update key customer schedules to enable accurate forecasting and topping  up orders as required.

To be successful you’ll have:

  • Experience in a customer service role ideally within the manufacturing, logistics or related industries.
  • Intermediate MS Excel and word skill
  • A good IT aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • An unrelenting focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience
  • The ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
