We are currently looking for experienced call centre agents to work full time rotating roster shifts in this very well established Inbound Contact Centre in Newmarket.
The Role
In this position you will be fielding and prioritizing inbound phone calls from local Auckland residents. You will be expected to provide a high level of customer service to all customers as you help with problem solving, trouble shooting and general enquiries. Some calls may require you to act as a dispatcher, booking and following up with external contractors and technicians.

Hours
As a permanent full timer you will be on rotating 24/7 rosters. Rosters will be published in advance and you will have the option to approach your co-workers to swap shifts that don’t suit you.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have:
- Minimum 2 years of high volume call centre experience
- Available to work the above mentioned hours
- Fantastic verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite including Outlook
