What.

• Full sales and product training for all new starters. You will even be given a call script to make it easy when you start!
• Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 5am – 1.30pm
• Receive employee wellbeing initiatives and assistance
• Great team environment which includes a breakout area with pool table.
• You’ll be involved in various stages of the customer journey from outbound calling, handling inbound calls and answering emails

As a phone-based Account Manager you will be charged with managing a portfolio of business customers who require support with their software license compliance, software asset management and driving conversations around cloud and hardware.
  
This role would suit someone who is passionate about technology and sales. You must enjoy being in a role where you are having consultative and high-level conversations with senior managers within an organisation.

Who.  
Other things we look for in you:

• Excellent communication – both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in an outbound sales role ideally in a phone-based environment.
• A positive and willing attitude.
• New Zealand Resident or Citizen.
