About the role:
This role will see you put your exceptional customer service skills to the test by taking responsibility for proactively engaging with our internal and external stakeholders around our technology products that are directly shipped from our suppliers to our customers.
At OfficeMax we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service so we need someone that can keep pace with us. You will be required to switch between tasks at a moment's notice from taking phone calls through to responding to written requests, there is certainly no chance to get bored!
We are looking for someone who can retain a high level of attention to detail whilst maintaining a good sense of humour in our varied and fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Product sourcing
- Provide high quality customer service
- Respond and assist with the resolution of product and service queries
- Accurate processing of direct ship quotations and order requests
We are after someone who:
- Display strong customer service skills
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills
- Be flexible and able to switch tasks quickly
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and keep a cool head under pressure
