We need an enthusiast individual who is wanting to learn more about the eCommerce Industry and is not afraid of getting stuck in and getting the job done.  

We are opening a new branch in Christchurch early August and are looking for an all-rounder to join our team. 

Duties include

• Answering customer service enquires both verbal and in writing
• Creating jobs in our operating system for both import and export 
• Arranging Customs clearance and liaising with MPI and Customs on held parcels.  
• Posting and creating invoices
• Liaising with customers and our warehouse team regards to their collections and deliveries.
• Supporting the International Freight Operations Manager

This candidate must have

• At least three years International freight forwarding experience
• Cargowise experience but preferred
• Experience in RACA, MPI and Customs CCA preferred
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
• effective time management skills and attention to detail
• Permanent Residency in NZ
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma not essential but preferred.
• MS Office skills
• Ability to self manage.
