The Company

They are truly passionate about what they do and continuously invest in R&D, innovation and ensuring they work to the highest standards.

Their product range is in high demand and the business has recently invested in new manufacturing facilities and committed to improving their supply chain capability to keep up. As a result, they are looking for a passionate and driven Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Group Supply Chain Manager you will take on a wide range of responsibilities across the end-to-end supply chain. This role will not suit you if you work to a position description. Rather, you will enjoy taking on a diverse range of responsibilities, push yourself outside your comfort zone and be eager to learn new skills across the entire supply chain.

Critical to the role will be your analytical, forecasting, planning and S&OP/demand management skills. You will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders and your demonstrable relationship management, communication and influencing skills will ensure your success in building and maintaining positive working relationships. The environment is fast-paced and you will be required to work accurately at speed.

You will be involved with/take responsibility for purchasing, supply planning, demand, inventory, 3PL relationship management, materials, co-manufacturing relationship management, sourcing and S&OP.

In addition to the business-as-usual aspect of your role, you will have the opportunity to work on projects and initiatives to improve ERP, systems, processes and the way that the business manages supply chain performance.
