Masterlink is owned by Master Plumbers, Gasfitters & Drainlayers NZ Inc and its focus is to deliver a first-class training and mentoring programme to apprentices.
The Masterlink team is responsible for the apprentices and works closely with the training providers and host businesses to ensure every detail of the apprenticeship is met.
The Senior Administrator plays a vital role in the success of the programme from ensuring that all Recruitment Administration, Payroll, Health & Safety, Financial and Administration requirements are managed in a timely manner.
From supporting the apprentices along their journey to ensuring they have everything needed to complete their apprenticeship, to supporting the Masterlink Operations Manager and Regional Managers in their day to day requirements as well as managing the weekly processing of the recruitment admin, payroll and H&S requirements, the role is anything but boring!

The ideal candidate will require –
- Payroll experience of 2-3 years
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety
- A minimum of NCEA level 3
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in working in a high pressure, high volume office environment
