Are you a Finance Officer looking for a change? Want to work for a small friendly team that’s based in the CBD?
We are looking for a Finance Officer to come in and join this small, friendly yet busy finance team. As the new finance officer you will be supporting the Finance Manager with the day to day processing. They have been around for over 20 years and still going strong. This is a part time role doing 32 hours per week which they are flexible with.
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Process supplier invoices
- Payment runs
- Credit Card statements
- Supplier queries
- Purchase orders
- Banking
- Credit Control
- Assist/backup payroll
- Any ad hoc tasks
You will need to be an experienced Finance Officer who is flexible, adaptable and can work under pressure. This is a varied role with lots of challenges. You will need to have a high attention to detail and be a strong communicator.
