- $110,000 -$155,000 Package + Bonus

Our client is a leading tyre retailer in Australia .We are currently seeking a Seasoned and Experienced Store Manager to lead and guide this busy and diverse Commercial Flagship store. Within this Commercial Flagship store, our client provides a range of services including tyre services to fleet management companies, government departments and national car companies.
Your profile:
To be considered for this opportunity you will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Previous experience in running the day to day operations of a busy commercial tyre store
- Minimum 8 years in managing a large and complex Commercial and Retail tyre store operation
- An efficient administrator
- A supportive and collaborative manager of a team
- An understanding of KPI’s and budgets
- The ability to maintain and grow the current client base
- Strong time management with the ability to work under pressure
- Current valid driver’s license and available to work Saturdays on a rotational basis
About the role
What you would be doing:
The main things that you would be doing include:
- Develop strategies to increase and optimise profitability
- Ensure elevated levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Manage stock levels
- Lead, recruit, train, motivate and coach a high performing team
- Report on business performance, sales, new initiatives and relevant issues
- Manage escalations from customers (feedback, complaints)
- Keep up to date on new products, services & industry trends
