The Company
Waterwise Solutions is located on the Southside of Brisbane - Stayplton / Yatala area.
We are a diverse company that provides water testing and chemical treatment solutions to our customers.
Waterwise Solutions also supply products to the Plumber project market such as: Ultra Violet (UV) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) packaged solutions, Pump Packages and Panel Tanks for the storage of Potable Water, Rainwater and Fire.
The ideal suitable candidate for this role must have sound knowledge and qualifications within the “Water Chemical Treatment” industry.
Person with previous experience with water treatment, (RO) and (UV) equipment will have a distinct advantage with selection for this position.
The Role
The position selection criteria and responsibilities will involve;
- Servicing existing customers throughout Brisbane and Gold Coast region on a regular basis.
- Ability to identify and secure new customers - i.e. grow our customer base from your experience within the water treatment industry and your initiative to find new client opportunities.
- The ability to work across multiple industry sectors such as Food & Beverage and Industrial & Commercial.
- Manage customer expectations for water treatment requirements for Cooling Towers, Boilers and Filtration systems.
- Arrange and obtain regular water samples and coordinating the associated testing of water samples with the testing lab centres we use.
- The ability to be a team player and contribute toward our company values and culture.
- Ability to understand and analyse laboratory water sample results and implement the ongoing Water Treatment plan specific to each site.
- Maintain accurate site records – hands on approach and attention to detail is a must.
- The ability to provide clear water treatment reports and maintain account billing documentation in a timely manner is paramount. Simpro Software experience will be an advantage.
- Project management experience with new installations and ongoing maintenance of various existing water treatment systems will also be highly regarded.
- Previous exposure and knowledge with Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Ultra Violet (UV) Sterilization equipment will also be highly regarded.
