Fraser Motorcycles Sydney is the place to find premium brands Harley-Davidson and Ducati. Our busy Service Department has an exciting opportunity for a mechanically minded customer service champion who has previous experience in motorcycle smash repairs to join their team in the state of the art workshop in Concord.
The role of Service Consultant is a crucial front line role that requires an individual with a specific mix of professional attitude, presentation, flexibility, attention to detail and problem solving alongside a passion and basic understanding of motorcycles. The main responsibilities will include quoting smash repair works, liasing with assessors and customers, identifying warranty work and providing customer service at the service counter.
The right candidate must have previous experience in customer service role and be meticulous when it comes to task organisation, phone and written manner.
If you have 2 years’ experience in a similar role, a can do attitude, a willingness to learn and thrive in a team environment this role is for you. Experience within automotive or motorcycle sectors will be taken in high regard.
