The BWC Group specialises in earthmoving, transport and mining for the civil construction industry. We are currently seeking experienced heavy diesel fitters to join our team based in Bethania. Suitable candidates will need to be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of fault diagnosing, with a strong commitment to safety and experience working with a variety of heavy vehicles. We have both day and afternoon (4pm-12am) shifts available.
The Role:
In this role you will primarily be required to work at our fully equipped workshop in Bethania, servicing and maintaining our large fleet of heavy vehicles, however some break down or site work may occasionally be required.
The successful applicant will possess the following:
5+ years' experience with heavy vehicles including CAT, Western Star, Kenworth, Freightliner and Mack;
Trade qualifications essential;
Strong fault diagnostic skills;
Unrestricted Open Driver's Licence;
HC Truck Licence an advantage;
A commitment to work health and safety;
A good work ethic and strong attention to detail.
This is a permanent role for somebody looking for a long term position in a friendly environment. Remuneration is based on experience and will be discussed at interview stage.
