We're currently looking for a reliable Parts Interpreter Cadet to join our team based in Glen Waverley.

This position is ideally suited to someone wanting to build a career in the parts side of the automotive industry, and offers training to bring you up to speed in the position.

You'll initially be responsible for:

  • Training in the operation of Parts systems for BMW
  • Unpacking stock orders and collating parts as they come in
  • General administration duties in parts department as required
  • Supply and invoicing of parts to Trade, Service and Pre-Delivery departments
  • Prepare and assist in annual stock take
  • Carry out parts delivery when required
  • Conduct sales transactions with customer by telephone, internet, e-mail, eBay and over the counter
  • Packing Orders for Dispatch
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:
  • A current Manual Drivers License
  • A friendly and approachable personality
  • Confident computer skills
  • A high level of personal presentation
  • Clear communication skills - written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines & carry out instructions as required in a timely manner
  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail
  • An avid interest in cars and the automotive industry
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 7:00am - 04:00pm with Saturday when needed.
