Club Assist partners trusted motoring organisations worldwide, improving member experiences through the provision of automotive battery supply and roadside replacement, automotive glass repair and replacement, and other member services.
PURPOSE
The purpose of the role is to create value for Club Assist by leading the Road Service team to effectively lead, coach and develop the Patrol team to ensure Club Assist meets its contractual requirements of the aligned motoring club within a Compliant and safe service offering.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with RACQ personnel, specifically
- Training and development of direct reports through the appraisal system and field visits to ensure competent performance improvement
- Daily review of Patrol performance via Club Assist & despatch labour resourcing.
- Proactively suggest and implement process improvements and new training and development opportunities to Club Assist Patrols
- Ensure road service operation is effectively staffed to maintain member satisfactions
- Work closely with the National OH&S manager in rolling out new innovations in safety and health for both internal CA Staff and contractors

Responsible for reporting, analysis, and service delivery improvement plans and execution

Service Delivery Cost management through monthly P & L review and cost control measures
To ensure a smooth transition into the role, you will display the following skills, knowledge and experience;
- Minimum of 5 years operational management experience, with direct report responsibilities
- Proven managerial and leadership experience
- Strong internal and external customer communication skills
- Ability to lead change
- Proficient use of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Customer Centric
