SmashCare is looking for talented Panel Beaters / Assemblers to join the dedicated team.

SmashCare Panel Beaters / Assemblers are ideally suited to individuals who can work with minimum supervision whilst working within the framework of small to medium sized integrated teams. Potential candidates must possess excellent communication skills, and have a demonstrated commitment to this industry and their own personal development. Panel Beaters will be required to be trade qualified with previous experience in either a large or small smash repair facility. Assemblers will have previous industry “remove and refit” experience.

Panel Beaters starting range is between $68,640 - $90,480 (negotiated & dependent on experience). Assemblers starting range is between $55,588 - $78,000 (negotiated & dependent on experience). Both positions have the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses. Standard work days are Monday to Friday. A career with SmashCare can be for a lifetime or as far as one is willing to take it!
