An opportunity has arisen for a quality assurance professional to join our team.
Reporting to the QA Manager, the key responsibilities of the QA Coordinator include;
- Verifying CCP’s have been achieved in process.
- Final product release.
- Maintaining the microbiological testing program.
- Ensuring processing standards are maintained.
- Maintaining relevant documentation
- Validating internal pre-requisite programs
- Conducting internal audits
To be considered for the role, you must be an enthusiastic and motivated individual with very good oral and
Writing skills with a strong attention to detail.
To be successful in this position you must have ;
- At least three years’ experience in QA
- Food Industry experience will be highly regarded
- Qualifications in Food Science or related field will be preffered
