About the role
The primary objective of this role is to work as a member of the Eurofins Agroscience Services Leadership Team to develop and implement standard operating procedures and associated documents relevant to field operations services across the Agroscience business. Effective management of a national team of field scientists while driving operational efficiencies. Adopt and implement best practice principals and continuous improvement of field activity related scientific study activities.
Skills and experience
You will have proven success in managing an operational field based team not necessarily scientific.
