Currently seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager to head up the Property Management department, this is an opportunity to align 5-star service both online and offline.
 

The Role:
Monday - Friday, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to manage a tidy small rent roll in the local area. Utilising your customer service, relationship management and administration skills daily, on a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of 200 tenancies (majority industrial and commercial) 
• Liaising with both tenants and landlords
• Lease renewals and negotiations 
• Administer leases 
• Drive new business 
• You will be given the opportunity to lease properties (and make commissions) 
• Full arrears support and repairs and maintenance support provided
• Administration & accounts support provided
• Phone & parking provided

The Successful Candidate:
To be considered for this role you will ideally have:

• Previous experience in Commercial Property Management 
• A current Certificate of Registration
• Own car & Drivers License
• You will be immaculately presented 
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
