Job Description

Your New Career

Based in our new and modern Scoresby office, we have a new opportunity for a Facilities Administrator to support to the Facilities and Security Manager managing activities specified Facilities.

 ‘A day in the life’ will see you:

  • Manage operational functions to support the running of the specific facilities including access, cleaning, maintenance, coordination of resources such as meeting rooms and car parking.
  • Oversee contractors in support of maintenance activities for facilities and plant.
  • Manage incident reporting and corrective action within agreed timeframes.
  • Actively assist to ensure all program sites understand and achieve their environmental and WH&S responsibilities.
  • Provide administrative and/or secretarial support to on-site staff and/or managers or specified manager as required, and in line with established work procedures and guidelines.
  • Maintain relevant spreadsheets and documentation required for regular reporting purposes.
  • Process travel bookings, security passes, etc.
  • Diary Management.

 

 

Qualifications

About you and What you will Bring

  • Experience within in an administrative support role
  • Excellent customer service
  • Some experience and knowledge with computer software packages including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
  • Experience within the facilities or security sectors is desirable.

 

 

Additional Information

The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Baseline security clearance. Therefore candidates will need to be Australian Citizen.
