We are seeking a senior candidate for a position with a leading Developer who have a large retail and commercial portfolio. The majority of projects are mixed use and include retail projects covering supermarkets and commercial centres.
The client's commercial portfolio is rather extensive with a high number of tenants based across NSW and QLD.
The ideal candidate would have a strong understanding of shopping centre management and leasing while also managing the division. Relationship building is a key element of the role whilst also overseeing other divisions. The candidate would be expected to further the company's brand and oversee the management of future developments.
Working alongside a larger multi-disciplinary team you will be expected to liaise with external bodies on a daily basis.
Skills and experience:
- Experience with retailers
- Working with leasing agents
- Process management systems to maintain portfolio
- Manage a Commercial team
- Dealing with stakeholders up to MD level
- Tendering for contracts for fixed assets
The salary for this role is circa $300k + incentives and bonuses.
