The Client:
With a fresh approach to Real Estate our client has an enviable reputation in the market place and are continually investing in the business to ensure quality is always delivered to clients. 

The Role:
• Portfolio of 110 properties 
• Handling the repairs and maintenance for the portfolio
• Arrears Management
• Building and maintaining relationships
• In goings, outgoings and routine inspections
• Liaising with landlords and tenants 
  
Skills & Experience:
To be considered for this role you will need to have previous experience as a Property Manager who is ready to grow their career. 

• A valid Certificate of Registration
• Drivers License 
• Experience with Rest would be advantageous
• Impeccable Presentation and Communication Skills
• Have the ability to work in a team environment
