Required Skills & Experience

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mandarin speaking Real Estate sales professional to join an agency located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.

To be successful, you will need

• Strong sales background
• Minimum 1 year Real Estate sales experience with established and off-the-plan apartments. 
• Agents Representative Certificate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both English & Mandarin
• Effective negotiation and customer service skills
• Be passionate about property
• Polished and professional presentation
• An ability to effectively prioritise and manage workloads
• Proof of Sales within the last 12 months
• A proactive and positive attitude
