Who you are
You will be joining our Airport Hotel Business team as full-time permanent role. You are aligned with Sydney Airport’s values of integrity and openness; safety and security; excellence; teamwork, creativity and flexibility; and sustainability.
What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Airport Hotel Business, you will be responsible for the delivery of its strategy and business plan, continuously monitoring and optimising revenues, costs, operations and customer experience, including:
- The management of the hotel commercial agreements
- The proposition and implementation of hotel improvement projects to enhance or recover performances
- Optimise of the hotel presentation, its surroundings and connections to terminals
- The identification of new markets and trends, ensuring airport hotels and premium products are best in class
What you’ll need to be successful
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- A minimum of 10 years in the hotel industry working on detailed operational, revenue, marketing and budgeting aspects
- A strong will to own and deliver outstanding performance
- Holding a degree or diploma in a hotel management, hospitality, business or administration will improve your chances of securing a position
