Working for one of the biggest names on the market, based in Southbank / CBD this companies success is due to the experience of their professional team who have in-depth knowledge of the residential and commercial markets of inner Melbourne with key focuses on the Southbank, South Melbourne, Richmond and Abbottsford areas.
This role will see you managing a small portfolio, working 1 in 5 Saturdays, and earning huge commissions!
Currently 3 X Opportunities Available
- Leasing Consultant - $45-$50k + Commissions
- Assistant Property Manager: $50k - $55k + Commissions
- Experienced Property Manager- $60k - 70k + Commissions
- 1 X Part Time opportunity
About the role:
This role will see you working within a small growing team with lots of room for progression. Managing a small portfolio of brand new, low maintenance properties, end to end. Secure parking provided and opportunity for huge commissions $$$
About you:
- Must have a proven history of longevity in your previous positions;
- Residential Property Management experience;
- Your own vehicle and drivers licence;
- Real Estate agents rep or license;
- Polished and well presented;
- Mandarin speaking desirable but not essential.
