The Client
Our client is a unique Real Estate business who are market leaders in the digital advertising space. Located in the Eastern Suburbs looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who can support the CEO.
  
Day to day this role will involve the following duties: 

• High level administrative support
• Diary management
• Staffing and recruitment assistance
• Liaising with and managing external clients
• Travel management
• Handle multiple business entities
• Other EA duties as required

The Ideal Candidate:

• Real Estate/Property experience in a similar role
• Previous PA/EA experience
• Stable working history
• Extremely polished immaculate presentation
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication Skills
• Exceptional grammar and writing skills
• Excellent organisational Skills
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• A customer/client orientation
