My client, a well established developer come project management consultancy have been delivering projects of the highest quality for decades in Melbourne. Their portfolio spans across residential, commercial as well as mixed use and their ambition is to continue to expand their portfolio in to other sectors. They really are a true market leader in their field and the quality of their projects has lead to repeat business from their loyal clients for many years and thus have 40-50 live projects today.

Your new role
As a Project manager, you are expected to be well rounded in the full development process and be experienced in not only the delivery of high end projects but also able to tackle the front end responsibilities; Feasibilities, the sales & marketing component and working closely with the design and town planning consultants. Although, the expectations are to be diverse and manage a number of projects at any one stage the immediate requirement is the support of a $120m mixed use development.

What you'll need to succeed
The key to be successful in this role is the respect and management of the client on the respective project; a consultative approach as well as the patience to understand their expectations and requirements is paramount to considering the development a success and with right attitude and enthusiastic personality you will be able to guide the client through the process.
