Currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to work with a strong team, this is an opportunity to align 5-star service both online and offline.
  
The Role:
This is a position working amongst a tight knit team of Commercial Property Managers. Working across an impressive portfolio of industrial, retail and commercial properties you, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in a shared portfolio of 250 properties between 4 x Property Manager
• Managing the arrears control process
• Maintaining the property database
• Organising property repairs & maintenance
• Conducting regular property inspections, preparing inventory and condition reports
• Arranging marketing of retail centres through various media
• Ad hoc administration and documentation including preparing leases

  
The Candidate:

• A keen interested in Commercial Property Management
• Previous Property Management Experience
• Certificate of registration
• Valid driver’s licence
• Ability to work in a systematic and organised way
• Punctual and polite 
• A good attitude and a hunger to succeed
• Ability to work in a team
