ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT

• Flights, accommodation & transport covered
• Portfolio of 120 properties
• Working knowledge of Property Tree ideal 
• No trust, no BDM or leasing
• Liaising with landlords & tenants
• Reporting and organising maintenance
• Preparation of lease renewals
• Full time admin assistant

To be considered for this assignment you will ideally possess the following;

• Proven experience as a Property Manager (WA) - minimum 2 years
• Experience in all aspects of portfolio management
• Hold a current Certificate of Registration (WA)
• Working knowledge of Property Tree (ideal)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Self motivated and high initiative
• Professional presentation & motivated attitude
• Hold a valid WA Driver's licence
• Strong references
