ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an outstanding opportunity for an administration focused person to become one of our Property Management Department Assistants, supporting our property management team with a range of tasks across the entire portfolio. We require a candidate with previous Property Management experience as an Assistant Property Manager or in a similar supportive role who would like to build their career in a fantastic company environment.

We have developed a great culture of support & friendship and welcome those that are strong team players.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a career focused person that can bring their skills & assist with the future growth of our PM department. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare documentation for new leases and lease renewals
  • Process Bond Disposals/Variation forms
  • Send tenant bond disposal details
  • Prepare New Management folders and files
  • Send out relevant letters to utilities, insurers & rating authorities
  • Compile owner information needed for new managements
  • Order Certificates of Title/Strata Plans/By-laws
  • Arrange Insurance Policies on owners behalf
  • General PM data entry duties into REST
  • Preparation of Management Packs and New Tenancy packs
  • Assist with compilation & distribution of inspection reports when requeste

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Min. 1+ years' experience in Property Management preferred, candidates with no previous experience will be considered. 
  • Current Property Management Registration highly regarded
  • Strong understanding and use of REST is desirable. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft products (particularly Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Fantastic communication skills – both written and oral
  • An outstanding customer service focus
  • Strong administrative skills and time management
  • You will be 'coachable' and keen to progress your skill set
