A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager has come up within this very reputable agency in Melbournes Southeast.
Located in a great spot in Melbourne's Southeast, this role will be responsible for managing a range of assets across the commercial and industrial sectors, the tenancies are a combination of retail, office and industrial and the some requirements of the position being:
• Tenant and Landlord Liaison
• Lease Renewals/Negotiations
• Financial reporting and budgeting
Overseeing a portfolio of 130 commercial properties, you will be provided with great support to allow you to keep on top of managing your portfolio and delivering the best possible customer service to your clients.
