Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring positive relationships are established and maintained with Landlords through proactive lease administration including adherence to all lease terms.
  • Working closely with internal teams including Property Managers, Lease Management, Legal, Accounts Payable, Lease Negotiators, deployment, etc. to proactively investigate, resolve, manage and communicate towards accurate and timely administration of lease terms.
  • Ensure internal processes are implemented and improved to deliver accurate and timely payments and reports, providing insights and trends as appropriate. This includes reviewing weekly and monthly payment runs, providing payment information as requested, etc.
  • Support Property Managers by working closely with Lease Management in regard to leases on holdover, block reports, reviewing reconciliations and general reporting processes.
  • Auditing lease terms on SAP to ensure they are accurate as per the legal documents. Following through on any errors to ensure account reconciled and rectified in timely manner.
  • Working closely with external stakeholders such as vendors, installers, legal teams, etc. to provide lease payment information, etc. as appropriate.
  • Escalate issues to senior management to resolve as required

Key skills and experience required:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or specialist knowledge in a property related field, including Real Estate & Property Management
  • Minimum five years’ experience in a corporate property management and/or commercial lease
  • Experience in a telecommunications property role
  • Real Estate qualifications
  • Negotiation & dispute resolution skills
  • Understanding of complex lease document terms and conditions
  • Analytical / problem solving skills
  • Customer service focus with “yes” attitude
  • Highly organized with ability to prioritise and to handle pressure
  • High level written and oral communication skills
