We are currently seeking a Property Administration Officer to join our team on a full time basis.
The Property Administration Officer provides a professional and effective response to tenants living within our community housing sites. Key duties include:
- managing and supervising all maintenance concerns
- arrange for repairs and maintenance to YWCA Australia properties within required timeframes
- liaise with approved contractors as required
- recording and reporting of maintenance issues and outcomes
- communication with tenants and Community Housing Officers
- undertaking maintenance management checks
- reporting in line with organizational and legislative requirements
