Owners Corporation Manager - Melbourne CBD
Here is a great opportunity to join an organisation that is leading the way in a new methodology and innovative direction to strata management.
Requiring an Owners Corporation Manager to join a small professional team. As a OC Manager you will be based in the Melbourne CBD office and manage a portfolio on a Monday to Friday basis with some after-hours meetings.
The Role
We are looking for someone with strong leadership to build and grow a portfolio, your role consists of:
- Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
- Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
- Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
- Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
- Convene and conduct meetings
- Periodic inspections
The Candidate
- 2 years Previous Experience in Strata Management
- Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
- Have a high level of computer skills
- The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team.
- Maturity, strong communication skills and team player
