Description

This role will include but not limited to:

Responding to buyers’enquiries efficiently and effectively
Arrange maintenance and repairs for works required
Quality assurance inspections and audits on projects
Assist in managing the pre-settlement inspection process.

Profile

The successful applicant needs to:

have similar after sales customer service experience in residential level.
be a team player and self-starter with excellent communication skills.
