This company is one of the largest diversified Property Groups in Australia and is a household name, known for the delivery of high quality projects.  They are looking for a high-achieving Project Marketing Manager to join their Master Planned Communities Division.

As the Project Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include developing & implementing strategic marketing plans for projects, managing the end to end marketing process to delivery, managing budgets, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing creative agency relationships, maintaining and building brand awareness and positive brand equity across projects, managing community events, social media, review CRM generated marketing performance reports on a monthly basis and more.
  
To be successful, you must have the following:

• Marketing experience in Residential Property Development (or agency experience for Development projects) is essential
• Bachelor of business majoring in Marketing, PR, Advertising or equivalent discipline is highly regarded
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team 
• Experience in developing & implementing marketing plans and campaigns
