Due to growth, this is an opportunity for a Property Manager to join a streamline team headed up by one of the best Department Heads in the industry.
  
The Role:
Monday – Friday, this is an opportunity to work close to home in a team that is constantly kicking goals. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Manage a portfolio of 120 properties
• Liaise with landlords and tenants
• Complete ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
• Arrears Control
• Manage Repairs & Maintenance
• Conduct private inspections when requires
• Represent the property owner at tribunal hearings when required
• NO weekends & NO leasing

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in Property Management is essential
• A valid Certificate of Registration or License is required
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Be a motivated self-starter
• A ‘Can Do’ Attitude
