The Role:
With an impressive portfolio across Melbourne North Eastern suburbs, we are looking for a Senior Property Manager. You will be energetic, hardworking and strive for nothing but excellence. you will be responsible for:

• Managing a clean portfolio of 160 properties local to city of Banyule
• Communicating effectively with landlords
• Ensure Repairs & Maintenance are completed
• Manage and Conduct routine inspections
• Handling Rent Reviews
• Assisting with new business to which commissions 

  
The Candidate:

• Previous Property Management experience
• Experience with RP Office Ideal but Not Essential
• A current certificate of Registration & driver's license
• High level of professionalism
• Commitment to superior customer service
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
