Welcoming an extremely successful Leasing Consultant into their dynamic and energetic team, this is a high performing office part of the world's largest Real Estate Network. With unlimited access to endless resources and friendly staff ranked amongst the top in the world, our client service a wide range of arrears spanning across the picturesque Eastern Suburbs. This is an opportunity for a talented individual to manage and maintain outstanding relationships with landlords and clientele.

Reporting directly into the Senior Property Manager, you will be the face of a high touch portfolio. Working amongst a team with a reputation for impeccable service, this is a diverse and fast paced role with plenty of support, structure and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity. As a Leasing Consultant you will be responsible for:

Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
Conducting open homes and open for inspections
Ingoing & outgoing inspections
Routine inspections & Saturday work
Diary Management
Prepare properties for online advertising
Lease sign ups
Preparing leases and lease packs
Ad hoc administration duties

The Candidate:

A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
