Property Manager
Our company is looking for a Portfolio Manager with preferred experience, but not essential, to join our well established and progressive team.
The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio in the Western suburbs. Together with support from administration staff, you will liaise with both tenants and landlords, conduct condition reports, inspections and routine inspections etc, to ensure that the portfolio runs smoothly.
To be successful in this position, you will possess;
- Agents Representative Certificate or full licence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Drivers licence, reliable and presentable car
- A strong work ethic
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, reliability and maturity
- The ability to work in a friendly team successfully
