The Basics of the role:
  • Develop a rent roll utilising your outstanding customer service and rapport building skills
  • Effectively liaise with landlords & tenants 
  • Assist with rental appraisals 
  • Attend listing presentations 
  • Engage in new business activities 
The Experience:
  • Real estate experience (Must have a minimum 2 years expereince in BDM) 
  • Proven results in achieving sales targets 
  • Hold a full drivers licence in QLD
  • Have your Certificate of Registration in QLD
  • Be ambitious, confident and self-motivated
  • Be immaculately presented with a mature approach
  • Have outstanding communication skills – written and verbal
  • Is able to develop genuine rapport with people and manage that relationship long-term
  • Can work autonomously without constant direction, and show a great level of initiative 
  • Have an outgoing and enthusiastic personality that compliments a sales role 
  • Thrive off of a busy work schedule
