We are seek an enthusiastic, well presented experienced OC Manager (or an experienced OC Assistant) looking to join our team at our brand new, fast paced and vibrant office.  We will also consider residential or commercial Property Managers looking to move across to Owners Corporation.  To become apart of our team, you will need to have a passion for outstanding customer service, be self-motivated & solution focused with excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.  You will be able to handle difficult & complex situations under pressure along with outstanding organisational skills and the ability to be flexible in approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing financial accounts of OC’s
  • Corresponding with owners, tenants, contractors & other third parties
  • Budget management & issuing levies
  • Project management of major building works
  • On-site inspections
  • Maintenance of common property
  • Calling, attending & chairing the Committee, Special & Annual General Meetings
  • Committee Management
  • Distribution of correspondence including minutes, breaches & general notices
  • Management of building insurances, claims, renewals, queries & settlements
  • Dispute management
