Your new company
This leading Maintenance and Asset Management provider is looking for an experienced Works Supervisor to coordinate maintenance across a large and diverse portfolio in the greater Sydney’s area.
Your new role
The role requires you to provide day-to-day supervision of subcontractors delivering maintenance work including the installation of essential services.
It is your responsibility to ensure work is undertaken in compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
You will provide direction to subcontractors and ensure work is delivered as specified in the work order. You will also inspect work at completion to sign off.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will come from a trades background ideally carpentry, electrical or building.
